		<description>I liked this post... I actually think I might pick up this book. It&#039;s easy to beat yourself down sometimes and not have any confidence in what you&#039;ve accomplished, but at the other extreme, it&#039;s also easy to get so full of yourself you&#039;re just an ultra-competitive blowhard nobody wants to work with or even be around. I think it&#039;s good to recognize the signs of both and work on feeling and portraying healthy confidence instead. Thanks for the tip!</description>
